I read about the RAWA movement a number of years ago-even read Zoya's Story, also tried to meet up with someone when I was in Pakistan the last time, but unfortunately the last time I was in Pakistan things were becoming very dangerous for Americans, so my family was worried about me. If I am in danger, then they would be in danger as well.

of course it doesn't say it explicitely... they operate under fear of religious extremist groups.Originally posted by unhiddentruthThat's interesting Feroza. It doesn't explicitly say that when you look her up.
that girl "malalai joya" she is believed to be a RAWAiii too. she had full support of someone which is why she could talk so fearlessly in parliament.

Very good thread. Thank you all for your precious contributions. I will also try to contribute to this thread at my convenience.[COLOR="Purple"][FONT="Century Gothic"]So long as there is the earth and the heavens;
So long as the world endures;
So long as there is life in the world;
So long as a single Afghan breathes;
There will be this Afghanistan.
Long live the Afghan nation.
Long live the Republic.
Forever there be our national unity
