statistics on disabled Afghan civilian as result of warfare ???

I read that one fact about the war in afghanistan, the disability proportion among the civilians sky rocketted, anyone got info on this??? And is this everyone or Pashtuns from the south? So i'm supposed to expect that there are more crippled afghan Pashtuns because KPK Pashtuns didn't have land mines thrown on them by the soviets, right???

What are the current statistics now! How many people step on a land mine.....
