Sigh, you guys do know that there is ethnically no such thing as Punjabi right, literally it just means someone that lives in the Punjab, Pakistan is a country filled with many different ethnicities and people of different historical backgrounds, you have Mughals, Rajputs, Kashmiri's, Gujjars, Chisti's, and many more ethnicity's, simply calling them all as low class Hindu's is ignorant and very irrational as they all had a very important role to play in the spread of Islam in the region, go read a book on the history of Islam and it's spread through South Asia, maybe you'll learn something.

I think technically panjabi is geo definition but as with many words, there are other meanings attached.

One extended meaning of panjabi is applicable to those living in kabul, jalalabad and a few in kandahar whose mother tongue is panjabi, yet speak fluent dari/pashto for work, are panjabi.
