Real dards in Kashmir are very few. The Kashmiris which we see on a daily basis don't look dardic. They are either Punjabi looking or Pushtoon looking.

Most of the Pashai of Nangarhar speak Pashto also, in addition to their own native language.

My wife has a good friend who is Pashai. She can speak Pashto and Pashto and
          classes herself proudly as Pashtun.

Desi refers generally to Indo-Aryan speaking people. Some linguists consider Dardic to be separate from Indo-Aryan, while others think the opposite.

I don't think Kashmiris from Kashmir valley are 'Desi'. Their food, music, landscape and culture on its own doesn't seem it.

Pashais are 100% not Desi for gods sake- only a retard would even try and argue the case

Desi means Indian or Indic- I don't need to explain this in detail. Look at them a mile off and you can tell they aren't Desi. They call themselves Pakhtun.

No. The hindkowans were the indigenous indic population of present day hazara in northeastern pakistan. They have had some admixture with the Pashtun conquerors to a certain extent, but that's about it. These people retain their hindustaunee culture and language.

Yeah but they're not Pakhtun either. They're Indo-Aryans. Linguistically very different from Pakhtuns.

I am Chitrali/Kho so I have created a thread on Pakistan defence Forum on Chitrali people. The link is given below. Here you will see photos of Chitrali people. I hope that will help you. I don't know about other Dardics so I can't tell u about them. But I encounter Pushtoon in my daily life so I know how they look like.

I don't know about other Dardics but we Chitrali never group ourselves with anyone. We are very proud people. We are proud of our history, our well manners, our nature and everything related to us. We consider ourselves as the most civilized people in the world and consider ourselves different from others. But We respect and love each and every ethnicity.

Yes you are right we Chitrali are different from our Pushtoon brothers culturally, linguistically and also phenotypically. We are also different from other Dardics.
