There's no racism; that is HOW Bengalis BY IN LARGE look like.

    You're soft, pudgy, almost effeminate.

I'm sure that isn't true; even those "Sylhetis" want nothing to do with the rest of Bangladesh, haha.

But regardless even if what you say is true, it's because most of those Muslims of "Turkish, Arab, Pashtun" are so far and few, they don't even really count in the scheme of it all, they're effectively bengali, and not whatever they claim to have originated from.

Just like my ancestors were Turks, but now we're effectively Pashtun.

        1. History we read so far is largely sourced out of materials, data, chronicles, research work, etc commissioned by Christian Church or Imperialist Govts. These are totally biased and are invariably designed to make the Muslims and non-Whites backward, uncivilized, pagan, cruel, cooked - and nowadays, terrorists. However, there are a huge lot of material available for the Muslims, Pashtuns and Bengalees in Arabic, Persian and Turkish language. For instance, occurrences of every day during the "nabua'at of the Holy Prophet and the early Caliphs are recorded in Arabic. Almost all advice, statements, letters, policy decisions, rulings and even conversations of the Holy Prophet are recorded in Arabic.

        2. In BD we have the Govt run Islamic Academy which is doing a lot of translation work. The account about Sahbai Abu Waqqas is available in Bengalee translation published by the Academy. I have been lucky to have been able to offer prayers at the mosque he had founded in Canton/Guandong - one of the oldest in Islam. The local Chinese Muslims call it the Mosque of our Ancestor. He is also buried in the city in the Mausoleum of Our Ancestor.

        3. Complexion and build of people change with climatic influence, food habit,inter-mixing with other races and variety of other causes over years. The Brahmaputra-Ganges delta having the richest soil known on earth has for millenniums attracted people from all over. Even now there is a vast difference between Bengalees of the North and West (India) and the Bengalees of the South and East.

        4. All these aside, we are now Bangladeshis, ie, Bengalee Muslims. We are very proud of the fact that we alone in SA have actually fought for our freedom making huge sacrifices and shedding a sea of blood. Others got it through legal/political machinations of the imperialists. Therefore, freedom to us is very precious indeed.

I'm sorry, since I'm new to this forum and all, please walk me through this...

Was this post supposed to be about answering the admin's and other's questions with documented facts about the presence of pashtun-origin people in bangladesh,

Or whatever sad troll war RevolutionThroughReason is so insistent on creating completely out of the blue?

Adam, I am Pashtun through my father and Assamese-Pakistani from my mother's side. Both my families settled in Bangladesh because they were in Muslim League politics. Et vous?

I don't have to essentially BE Bengali to like them, know about them or be offended at racist remarks made toward them. I'm pretty sure I feel that way about all ethnicities. But hey, that's just good education and an understanding of Pashtunwali talking.

Revolution, whatever is going on or has happened that has led you to end up in a place where making racist remarks about how random people from a race you have no connections to are not good enough for you to 'mate with', I hope gets sorted soon. Perhaps that would also go to some end in making you realise that countering facts with opinions is low even for Internet trolls.

If not, well, have fun coming up with other racist crap in response. Glad to give something to look forward to.

RevolutionThroughReason is a sick minded, low-life entity who likes to scorn at other mores, their substantial form and their corporeal characteristics instead of treating them to be an equivalent human being. Don’t eavesdrop that smelly troll, all he likes to do is to deride people and other realms instead of ethically bringing down his pertinent outlook. Do you best to thump along people holding such stern and relentless inspection such as him.

                  easy with the racism, rev.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

What racism, did I say Bengalis Muslims are not Muslim?

The fact of the matter is Asad71's and A.Hole Khan's creepy fascination/ obsession for trying to relate themselves to Pashtuns somehow demonstrates

The inferiority complex Bangladeshi people have for their own race, it doesn't mean that their race is somehow unworthy of life,, but this is a thread regarding what is ESSENTIALLY racial topic, and these Bangladeshis ....have a racial obsession due to their own lack of self love.

and who is to say these sources you claim verify that Bengali Muslims are "mainly of non-subcontinental origin) are unbiased, accurate or even unforged?
you're being selective and making many assumptions in your favor.

Do genetic tests ....Genetics/Science is hard evidence, of the Bengalis who take these tests, show whether or not their Genes correspond with genes from Afghanistan ....that will prove whether or not these claims are true.

That would actually describe you here too , because crying is a form of complaint and wasn't the whole point of your post your emotional distress over my post ...which is really crying.

crying like a baby = woman whining ...same thing

Actually if you timepiece strongly to your post, you're post is actually unfolding you as well. You evaluated yourself to a woman whining which is correspondent to the woman whining, while giving life to a baby who’s crying in its current shape. Your crying like a woman is counterpart to the woman whining, making the woman analogous to the baby and yet making yourself looking like a wretched hoodwink who's crying and whining at the same time.
