who are zazas?

there is a group of people who live in turkey and they call call themselves "zaza" and their language is very close to kurdish, but morphology is similar to pashto.
who are they and do they have any connection to the pashtun zazi?

zazas are indo-iranians like pashtuns so there is bound to be some similarity. nothing surpirisng here.

its just a simliar name. I dont think we went over there in large numbers. there would some from of documentation or even a verbal stroy past from generation to generation.
there is a town called jaji in nigeria.
