  • Name one special thing about Afghanistan...

#1 : Afghanistan is one of the rarest landlocked countries.

Meaning that it has no access to any sea.

I think it is a main cause of its underdevelopment.

a main cause for it's underdevelopment? have you seen the map of africa? all access to sea, but still worse than afghanistan. once afg-sino road is developed, we can rebuild afghanistan easily.

@OP Iran is the 4th largest investor in Afghanistan.. i am totally confused as to why Afghanistan, or atleast the more "persian" diaspora never made efforts to link up Afghanistan to the ports through Iran ?
It's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..

Our Warriors are among the bravest ever this world has seen, because we are the followers of Muhammad (pbuh) he was a lion and we are lions.
High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation.

You are stupid man saying that Muhammad was a lion, Muhammad was a man and prophet not a lion. A Lion is an animal.
The lion (Panthera leo) is one of the four big cats in the genus Panthera, and a member of the family Felidae. With some males exceeding 250 kg (550 lb) in weight,[4] it is the second-largest living cat after the tiger. Wild lions currently exist in Sub-Saharan Africa and in Asia with an endangered remnant population in Gir Forest National Park in India, having disappeared from North Africa and Southwest Asia in historic times. Until the late Pleistocene, about 10,000 years ago, the lion was the most widespread large land mammal after humans. They were found in most of Africa, across Eurasia from western Europe to India, and in the Americas from the Yukon to Peru.[5] The lion is a vulnerable species, having seen a possibly irreversible population decline of thirty to fifty percent over the past two decades in its African range.[2] Lion populations are untenable outside designated reserves and national parks. Although the cause of the decline is not fully understood, habitat loss and conflicts with humans are currently the greatest causes of concern. Within Africa, the West African lion population is particularly endangered.

@Mandharh... have you ever heard one of the most famous Pashto poem starting from words:
              زه يم زمری
دلته دم او قدم دواړه په حساب دي - پل په لاره غلط مه ږده بې حسابه

Afghanistan is special to all real Pashtuns regardless of their political though and faith. Sadly, the true beauty of Afghanistan has vanished due to the constant meddling of self centered savages from Arabia and Pakjab.

Afghanistan would be have something even more greater and better if King Amanullah had not be prevented to modernise the country by the village Militant Mullahs, and the rest of the British led social rejects whose offspring to this day are bringing Afghanistan backwards and into the hands of others.

This is wrong we are pashtuns not Lions. Lions are voracious animals. Lions do not care for the weaker, cubs and mane sometime when they are hungry. Further
Lions have been mistakenly called the "king of the Jungle," but the fact is, lions do not inhabit jungles.
While lions have also been referred to as the "king of the beasts," this is only partially true. Lions, in their habitats, are kings of the predatory beasts, but they can be easily backed down or killed by elephants and water buffalo. A pack of hyenas can also back down or even kill a solitary lion!

Dear Mandharh, its a symbolic compare people made! Many of that symbols may be not exact or right, when people refer to lion they refer to being brave not to a real lioncat!
Buffaloes are peacful if you do not make them angry, but most of kings did not respect thhat peacefullness(You can see a good example in the Shahname), so it is not often non predator animals were used as a compare to people.
I also do not find it so nice, but it i like that. In that way many poetry can be critisized.....
