The 'injustice' against Hazaras started when Abdur Rahman Khan (after handing Pakhtunkhwa over to Britain) found out that it were the Hazaras guiding Britons all those while, which compelled Abdur Rahman to lose Pakhtunkhwa if he wanted to safe Afghanistan from Iran and Russian.
