Am I a Pashtun ?

Hmmmm my father he doesnt know much thing about his ancestors... But my name has arabic meaning but im sure that im not an Arab ! My mothers grandfather always claim that he was pashtun and my grandfather also...
And I also have a trend for the sense of honor and prefer to die for Islam !

Lol then ill make them swear ! But my paternal Grandparents are unfortunately dead...but my maternal grandparents can swear im sure because there surname is Khudabaksh Khan it can be very well true

they probaby lived in The cities od modern day India, which many Pashtuns lived. Perhaps they were moved to where you lived by the British.

But Pashtuns call themselves Pashtuns, not Pathans. That is a word Indians call us.
