what happend to hazaras pashtuns and tajiks was because of iran masoodov mazari bazari sayaf etc.

Sayaaf's Ittehad-e-Islami had some badass Tajik commanders- along with Pashtons- fighting the Soviets and they together with Supervisory Councill (Shora-e-Nezar) were involved in Afshaar...but it is blown out of proportion a bit...
