Are you looking for the poem Not Afghan, Turk or Tatar?

نه افغانم و نه ترک و تتارم
چمن زادم و از یک شاخسارم
تمیز رنگ و بو بر ما حرام است
که ما پرورده یک نو بهارم

I'm actually reading selections from the Payam-e-Mashreq currently - Rabaya type poems are what I'm interested in at the moment. I'm okay with understanding basic Farsi, but I need some assistance with the poetic type of language and spelling (the spelling style differs in this collection and is probably closer to Iqbal's own), but I need a Farsi expert to chime in here.

I haven't read the one your asking about.

I wanted to feature a quantrain/rabaya type poem in a piece of writing that I'm doing at the moment and figured that Alama Iqbal would be a good source.

I've been reading some of his selected works and this one came to mind. Perhaps if you follow the web link, you might be able to run a search. His works are in English, Urdu and Farsi. I haven't read them all, so it's possible that you might find your poem yet. I just happened to have stumbled over the one I posted here sometime back, so I thought I would share.

"Hawas ne tukre tukre kar diya hay na’u insan ko
ukhuwwat ka bayan ho ja mohabbat ki zaban ho ja
ye Hindi, wo Khurasani, ye Afghani, wo Turani
tu ay sharmindayeh sahil uchhal kar bekaraan ho ja"
