I beleive that the russians were never in afghanistan, if you do not prove to me otherwise than I am right.

What are your posts about loopy? You claim pashtun tribes came from afghanistan to KP and forced the indegenious people eastward and then you claim that KP belongs to Panjab, now you are saying that 40% of the people in KP are not pashtun. You claim you are pashtun and you want all afghan refugees out of KP, but you want more panjabis to settle in KP.
KP belongs to pashtuns whether you like it or not and your worthless remarks and opinions are wrong, nobody is fooled by your intentions. the biggest fear of the Pakistani elite and their supporters like yourself has come true, that India has learned to kiss the US as* better than Pakistan was kissing it.

pakhtun tribes did come from modern Afghanistan and did enter KP... AND did push indigenious people eastwards and northwards. That is a known historical fact. I don't understand why that has made you so angry.

It's just like certain tribes in KP pushed Niazi eastward out of their original land.

Interesting thread. This is the first time I read it.

This issue is often raised by those people in Punjab that claim Pashtun descent but cannot speak Pashto and don't have immediate Pashtun ancestry to prove the legitimacy of their claims.

I was reading this article of a Lahori guy who was something in the Pathan association of Punjab (an association of Punjabi speakers that claim Pathan descent) who was arguing that a large number of Pashto speakers in KPK are not originally Pashtuns and if they are accepted Pashtuns, why not we.

An example is Karachi. Many Urdu-speakers claim Pashtun ancestry but when it comes to culture and politics, they align with MQM while Pashto-speakers irrespective of whether they are original Pashtuns or not rally-around ANP.

Shahi Sayed of Karachi is a Syed. His daughter is married to the son of Asfandiyar Wali Khan. Saifullahs of Laki Marwat are intricately interwined with Punjabis e.g., some daughters of Hamayun Saifullah are married to Punjabis...And the motives, someone told me, are to establish economic relations.

^Which daughter of saifullahs are you talking about? Daughter of anwar saifullah is married to omar ayub khan, grandson of ayub khan..

Saifullahs are some times critcized for being half-khattaks (khattaks are looked down upon by marwats), and their non-marwat behaviours so i dont think they will go to such extreme by giving their daughters to punjabis.

Any how you have heard a rumour.

I know very well daughters of Hamayun Saifullah are married to Punjabis. And Saifullahs are authentic Marwats. Only their mother Kalsum Saifullah is a Khattak and sister of Aslam Khattak, etc.

Anyhow, marriage with Punjabis or other ethnicities is not a big issue.

By the way, as you claim to be a Niazi, do you still speak Siraik at home? I assume Pashto is your second language. I have met many Niazis who live in Pukhtunkhwa (even from Hangu, Kohat, etc.) but still retain their mother tongue i.e., Siraiki.

It is not necessary that every Niazi will be a seraiki speaker. Niazis of afghanistan, tank (kundis) and lakki (machin khels) are pashto speakers since begining. But yes those in hangu , kohat and swabi have come from mianwali and speak seraiki as first langauge.

I am not Niazi ,i am marwat. Niazis are cousins of marwats.

Man this is more likely that Niazis from Laki Marwat might be Siriaki speakers. I personally have met many Niazis from Bannu & Laki that speak Siraik although they are equally fluent in the local dailect of Pashto.

Some Kundis also speak Siraiki as do some Gandapores.

But you previously said you are a Niazi as Judigul was your nickname in Hujra

But anyhow, it is a useless discussion and negative as well.

                            Want to talk about issues.

There are seraiki speaking Niazis in lakki city and Bannu city, but they are like outsiders. I am talking about machin khels who have 6, 7 villages, Only they were allowed to stay in lakki by marwats when Niazis were defeated and expelled towards mianwali.

Kundis of D.I.khan are bilingaul in pashto and seraiki, which is recent change. those in tank are pure pashto speaking.
