Iranic does mean Iranian and remnant of Persian empire.
Pashtuns are a distinct people we don't have anything in common with Iran or Kurds.

Fair enough it does sound a bit stupid they labelled us as eastern iranics though in wiki. I am half tajik and half pashtun, there are more cultural similarities with tajiks and pashtuns but there are also cultural similarities with tajiks and iranians, thats why i get kind of stuck when it comes to this stuff.

Such people are generally looked down upon, at least in comparison to Indic cultures. Its mainly associated with a Punjabi-origin group called dam.

Yes there are alot of similitaries between Pashtuns and Tajiks in Afghanistan. Most of the time you couldn't tell one from another. I don't know about similarities with Iran. All Iran is doing is stealing Afghan historical figures and say they were Iranians like Sayed Jamaludeen Afghani.
Even the wiki page says it that he was Iranian while he was from Kunar Afghanistan. The same with other historical figures from Balkh. Iran is acting as if they are Persian empire and even influences Dari negatively.

The closest neighbours to us are pakistani pashtuns, iranians, tajiks, uzbeks and china as well as the dardics and i think we got some stuff from each side so it is easy for iran to do something like that because they are our closest neighbours, at the end of the day we know rumi was an afghan, and that sayed as an afghan. Even zoroastrianism started in to what is now known as afghanistan but persians get very itchy when it comes to that topic lol...

No I'm not joking, if pashtuns don't have similar things then they're so different from what I imagined, do pashtuns have similar things to this?
My family always says that their ancestors were vampires who loved blood and were thirsty for it and that they killed too many people, but I think you will say I'm joking because this is not proof so here's a Pakistani forum mentioning baloch blood drinking:
Old Baloch custom of drinking blood from skulls of their enemies

I don't really think we're too different. This is only one thing. Just cause our cultures aren't identical doesn't mean we're wholly different. Baloches are probably our closest cultural kin along with Tajiks.

Also, the blood drinking thing among Baloch people is some archaic practice that no longer happens so is irrelevant in the context of modern culture.

Yes I know that we're very similar that's why I'm asking about those things
What do u mean by modern culture? Those type of things are still practiced, I remember seeing a Nat geo documentary about Afghanistan and there was a building they found which had blood on the wall/ the blood was used like paint for writing and drawing on the walls, I searched for the video recently but I didn't find it
