Now I might be saying this because I myself am pretty **** at doing the attan, but I don't like how sometimes it's just a show-off contest.

Attan like tango or salsa or son is a technical and transcedental dance which is not some rhythmic movements but has some spirutual elements with proportion,order,start and end.

Each Attan circle has to come to an end and the technique is gradual leaving of the dancing floor. This is why you see this pattern.
