      well Kharij is an Arabic word, but Kharijai is a Pashtunized version of an Arabic word

      We don't usually refer to non-Pashtuns as kharij though, just people outside of historical Afghanistan.

      praday may refer to non-Pashtun though

            praday means of no relations.
            one Pashtun could be a praday to another Pashtun and a Pashtun could be a khpul(opposite of praday) to a non Pashtun.

            there is no Pashto word for what your looking for.

                  Judaism is both faith and ethnicity. Pashtun is an ethnicity and Islam is our faith. So a specific general description for non-Pashtuns doesnt exist.

                  We make destinctions based on specific matters. We distinguish between Muslims and kaafirs, Pashtuns and non-Pashtuns and kinsmen and others.

                  One can be a kinsman yet a kaafir or a Muslim but not Pashtun.

                    sure:
                    It is generally believed that the word farang originated with the Persian word farangi, meaning foreigner. This in turn comes from the word Frank via the Arabic word firinjīyah, which was used to refer to the Franks, a West Germanic tribe that became the biggest political power in Western Europe during the early Middle Ages, and from which France derives its name. Due to the fact that the Frankish Empire ruled Western Europe for centuries, the word "Frank" became deeply associated with Latins who professed the Roman Catholic faith by Eastern Europeans and Middle Easterners.

                          How Judaism is an ethnicity? How a Jew from Poland, Ethiopia, Germany, Argentina, Iran, Arab countries, Russia etc can become one ethnicity?

                          In Afghanistan the word perangey is used for non Pashtuns while in Pakistan every non Pashtun even Sindhis, Balochs etc are called Panjabey.

                          Parangey is also used for every white especially British. Pradey is also used or simply it is said hagha pashtun na dey= he is not Pashtun or their ethnic identity is used like Tajik, Panjabey, Uzbek to differentiate them from Pashtuns.

                          And yes Islam is our faith but Pashtunwali is our culture.

                            ^^
                            parangey = farangay

                            this is not a Pashto word, it comes from Arabic derived from the word "Frank" and I've never really heard Pashtuns use this word.

                              I hear Pashtuns use the word farangay; but it is certainly not of Pashtu origins.
