the section you quoted doesn't allude to your interpretation what so ever AT ALL; it's just a commentary about the dichotomy of honor and shame.

No proof at all .....proof means that it describes EXACTLY what you were talking about, not some vague statement which you spin doctor your own interpolations on

What is this a game? You are not good at backtracking are you?
It isn't; that's what Pashtunwali teaches; in Islam only Nabi(saw) did this, but Aisha(ra) was exceptionally mature and an exceptional woman. Islamic Law requires physical and mental maturity. It is not aged defined; but the MINIMAL age of marriage is after puberty. But this can vary individually. But they must be Baligh or else the marriage is not Ja'iz.

But thats what pashtunwali is, your own source confirms what I have been saying: You also claimed that pashtunwali promotes pedastry which is also false since that is also considered shameful.

            Checkmate.

No the part of the source has nothing to do with women being forced in marriage to akhshe

in fact it HAS NOTHING to do with it ...like AT ALL...are you ok there guy? seriously that quote had no reference to women being forced to marry their brother in law.

Pashtun culture does promote pedastry; that was proven by a study ....don't go swerving to every topic as a smokescreen, that tactic won't work here.

I was responding to Badlun's claim that it's something promoted and accepted in Islam s a "virtue" ; and explained to him the concept of Baligha

No back peddling at all ...you're QUOTE mining to misrepresent context.

no your wrong, the problem is that there is no strong enforcement mechanism which is a side effect of being in an autonomous society. You have not been there is you can not comprehend this. You are imagining america which has a very strong enforcement mechanism in place and afghanistan which has no enforcement mechanism in the rural areas that is why Karzai is regarded as the mayor of Kabul.

what study are you talking about?

you totally were; you originally posted just a segment ..and then you didn't post what the statement was related to.

                      That is QUOTE mining.

And what I said falls exactly with my quote
no wonder you keep trying to serve to other subjects; weak strategy ...pathetic.

That is YOUR OPINION ....a mere commentary and one most likely made up just to save face.

The papers relate the practices of Pashtuns ; both of these relate the practice of forced widow marriage to brother in laws. That research.

                        You lied blatantly

Its not my opinion, What I said is in your own source:
Although the majority of the Pashtuns
adopted a settled lifestyle centuries ago, the tribal
spirit and other aspects of Pashtunwali can be
traced to their nomadic background. Since the
Afghan state originally emerged from a Pashtun
tribal confederacy, Pashtun tribes were favoured
with much autonomy and other privileges within
                          Afghan society.
I read your sources and no where does it say that that there is a practice of forced widow marriage to brother in laws. It is you who lies, you lied about that pashtunwali teaches people to marry 9 year olds and your lieing about this. Your a hypocrit.

Don't be scared, bring forth that study you keep referring to about pedestry.

It must be a miracle ...or maybe as your other lies, you Never bothered to read EITHER article because you're lazy and in denial. So two independent sources confirming the same thing. One a Pashtun woman This case is closed.

                            • It says obligated. Obligated and forced have two different meanings. Your either stupid or intentionally lying. I know many widows whose brother in laws have not married them, no one is forcing anyone. The brother in law is responsible for her and her kids well being.
