Last weeks I was reading a bit about the tradition of playing Sarinda, a bowed instrument seeming to be diffused among Pashuns, and unknown to me before.
I discovered how great and clear it sounds, so that I would put it perhaps on the first place of bowed instruments I know. As I understood the keeping of the Sarinda tradition is mostly in the hands of one family, at least on the net there was only information on Pazir Khan, Munir Sarhadi and Ejaz Sarhadi. Maybe somebody can share a bit more information or recordings. I found personally only some videos on Youtube (about10-15). Thanks in advance
