          What's wrong with them?
Even waleed momand got this farangi dancing in afghan kali in his video 'nor sa ghwarre'. I say even as he is a momand like me, and I have higher expectations of ghairat.

I think their concept of ghairat changes more when exiled than if still in watan. It's influence, I concede.

Do you think the concept of ghyrat changes or the concept is lost or parts of it are lost.

                Both Happen.

I assume ghairat comprises of a set of values. Some are lost.result is a change. Could this be semantics.

I was saying that ghairat is lost during assimilation in host culture when compromises are made in order to assimilate without realising what is being traded. If you look at before and after shots, you observe a change.

Since you brought my words under scrutiny, i guess ghairat is like other traits; on a sliding scale, it is relative. For instance, in functions, you might say that:

                g(p)>g(k)

Where g(p) is ghairat of a paktiawal and g(k) is ghairat of a farsiwan kabuli. Just an isolated example.

I've yet to learn of a whole set of ghairat values that is absolute.

                I can learn something new.

Killa, interesting what you just said, bcz we don't wear their clothes, unless you go around in a kilt for instance or a tux or tails, or pre-victorian tights, cod-piece and ruff.

They adopted the eastern shalwar, and modified it. I would sigh watching our boys coming for namaz in jeans and things on Juma ( it's one day you can make the effort to wear something appropriate for namaz rather than work necessitating choice of clothes), I had to get over it.

Partog is a trouser/pant, shalwar is a trouser/pant, and if you have a moment search for it:
Turks, Kurds, Syrians, Lebanese, all have traditionally worn trousers, called shalwar, word from Persian, only difference is the STYLE. Aforementioned wear baggy shalwar, they wear and tuck the kamiz (chamise) in, the brothers wear it hanging off their shadi a$$es, we hang our kamiz over the shalwar.

i almost had the urge to rename this thread "afghan dress on garbage"
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
