Every marriage and every divorce has a story of its own. Asides from that tag, there is nothing to relate to with each other.
Random you could never relate to a divorced afghan woman because her situation as well as her reasons would be alot different than yours. You can't advice her on how to achieve your success because she lives in a third world country. An experience you have not had the pleasure of going through. What worked for you is not going to work for her..

So if you want to make yourself useful, do you have any ideas? Instead of knocking every word I say, come up with something constructive. As I said, my focus is on empowering women and to look after the interests of children - which goes hand in hand.

I know your reply is not to me but If you want to make a change why not contact the Australian goverment or the right authorities so that they would llow you access to those detention centres provided you have ideas tyhat would help the new comers .
i.e if they don't allow you to host people , go to them yourself if you can.

Yes, there are laws that protect my rights, I was among the women fighting for those laws in Australia. The first part of the equal opportunities legislation, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of gender and race, was only enacted around 1980 and part of my job was to ensure that this legislation was introduced and adhered to at my place of work, something I did with gusto. Of course, this has since been expanded to include ethnic background, religion, sexual orientation and age, I believe that this is an exhaustive list, I can't think of anything else.

I let you in on a secret. You were part of an experiment my husband and I have undertaken. In the light of the 10th anniversary of 9/11 we were discussing asylum seekers arriving in Australia, extreme views expressed by some muslims in Australia, the fact that non-muslims are verbally and physically abused if they venture into Lakemba in Sydney, the concern Australians have about terrorist cells being right under our noses, suicide bombers, etc etc etc.

Despite all, I was still clinging to the belief that in their hearts most muslims were no different to us and that we should not judge all by the action of a few. However, while researching the topic we found that the most condemning words against muslims and Islam were written by people who had turned their backs on Islam.

I was still not willing to concede that my husband was right in all he said, and in particular the view held by muslims of western women, so we contrived the posts on this site. There is just one way to describe your views - disgusting.

I used to believe that there is good in all people, but you have opened my eyes that there is nothing that even remotely resembles goodness in you people. You are all barbarians stuck in the 6th century. You have no place in a civilised society.

So, go home before we kick your collective a**es out of every western country you have infiltrated.

That's a funny irony isn't it? Some of the strongest critics of Western society, are in fact of white European background.

Ted Kascynski for example believes Western Industrial Society should be completely flushed from the face of the Earth, likewise with Derrek Jensen and others. These men are all White and Western. while I do not endorse everything they're saying, they're evidence that there's a great deal of internal dissent with how western society works.

Your ignorance and lack of proper education leaves you with erroneous conclusions. It's not a surprise I see this with similarly uneducated people like your fellow White Westerner , Faye. My remarks about western women aren't out of spite or loathing. but out of pity for how your society has deluded into accepting your own degradation.

I can only say that while I acknowledge my own culture's plight in regards to our women and how we deal with the other gender. I however do not see the way of life that you endorse as a valid solution or alternative. All I am saying is that just because we live in your society doesn't mean we can't reject your values, no matter how much you're trying to convert us. You have nothing to offer us and I make no apologies if you can't accept that.
