Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.
A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai
For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."
The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

YOu were supposed to click the link he posted not reply his SIGNATURE.Originally posted by zenderAmericans don't pray for that.
In Iraq little girls throw grenades into humvees.
In Afghanistan the girls do not do this: they are not taught to kill.
Why would you want Americans to be afraid of you? You would just corrupt the only thing of value in your country (the young girls). But then again you would kill anyone who even looked at your sister so I guess you don't care because no-man is getting a nice little wife (unless they want to die).
Also the hindus 1) Didn't have the bomb. 2) were far too passive.Intezar che pa salgo sho no ta raghleyChe me jwand pa dobedo sho no ta raghley.....

We have a...tradition.
When a Child...takes his or her
1st step...we make...round cakes.
We roll...the cake
on the floor as the child....walks.
The rest then are...sent out
to families, friends....
as a...celebration.
The child...is walking.
Its a very...old Pashtun tradition.I believe the sun should never set upon an argument.
I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness.

I came across this in the last slide,
If a Pukhtun is insulted he must take his Badal, the Insulted will challenge the one that insulted him with the words "Maidaan ta sha" if the Insulter does not Tinga his Qwunna, the insulter will be regarded as a Beghairat
LOL does Tinga his Qwunna mean tighten his ass?True wisdom comes to each of us when we realize how little we understand about life, ourselves, and the world around us. - Socrates

Pashtunwali
The code of Pashtunwali is based on the collective wisdom of its people
It does not spring from the genius of one authority, temporal or divine
therefore, open to debate and re-interpretation according to the needs of the society and the changing times
hmmmm, I wish more peopel were open to this
