mulakhel exist in almost every tribe, this is subtribe. in afghanistan Mulakhel belongs to ghilzai tribe, many of them reside in kabul and laghaman. Mulakhel is also a subtribe of yusufzai they reside in swat and dir.

the mullahkhails i have met are evil people with bad personalities ..they are not just confined to one household either.. i know many dozens.

aside from that are all of them a sub-branch of yusufzai or only the ones in swat and dir?
