    pashto language...

    kay ermmmmm...i dunt want to sound like a spaz...but alot of ppl...think that if u speak pashto ur a pakhtoon and if u dunt then ur nt...which is soooooo nt true in sum cases.....

    my pashto is like horrible...i understand sum bits and other bits i dunt..:P...
    alot of ppl that live in peshawer can speak pashto....no matter what there background....

    i knw sum ppl who clasify themselves as pakhtoons just becuse they can speak pashto.....and this grinds my gears to the ultimate level....in which i cant even be around them without thinking bad thoughts.....

    oOoOo...p.s...
    just cux u dunt have green eyes doesnt mean ur nt a pakhtoon...(my EX bff told me i couldnt be one cux i have brown eyes)...

        Well they can't speak pashto because their parents didn't bother teaching it to them.
        And who ever don't speak pashto with their kids are not good pashtuns.

          lol....i agree....but sum pakhtoons live in different areas in which pashto is nt spoken...

          some jadoons(a pakhtoon tribe)...cant speak pashto...becuase of the invironment theyve been braught up in...one of my frends is a jadoon ..and she only speaks hindko....

              It is really ignorant of her to say that, fair enough there are a lot of pakhtuns with coloured eyes but there are twice as much with brown eyes as its most common in the world...

              If you dont know pakhto at this age then it isnt your fault as it isnt mine...its the parents to blame kana..onmy lext its down to us to keep up the pakhto for the next generations...i feel kinda depressed about it too thats why im trying to pick up more of the pakhto..i just recently spoke some with a guy from afg and he was quite impressed=D..so it showed im at least getting somewhere lolll...

                    Not knowing Pashto automatically, or perhaps inadvertently, detaches people from their culture and heritage. Look at the Mohajirs. They claim Pashtun ancestry yet vehemently hate and murder Pashtuns. I can't put forth a better argument than this. Case closed.
