I thought someone may benefit from this, inshAllah.

If this thread can be combined somewhere, I have no problem with it being moved. Sorry for any inconveniences it may have caused to do so.

There has got to be a better way for me to share this picture image.

Salam. Here are the exercises linked to this lesson. InshAllah, you will find it beneficial. If there is a better way to display the pictures of the lessons, please tell me. This is a PDF, so I cannot cut and paste. Also, I saved to a zip file a Word document to make it easier for viewing. JazakAllah. Khuday Pa Aman.

I have taught English as a second language, and speak German, I do not know if it is possible to learn Pashto the same way?

What is the sentence structure of Pashto? Do nouns have articles? Do verbs have endings that correlate with which person, like the English I am, you are, he she it is?

I really know nothing except a few nouns. I hate not being able to put a sentence together.

manana means thank you and rabia is written with a 'hey' not 'alif' at the end. رابيعه

I do not even know the alphabet. The only advantage of my Pashto is that I have not yet learned anything incorrectly which is always hard to relearn. LOL

...because I have learned almost nothing-when living in Europe one learns a foreign language but the necessity of using it. But in a rural Islamic country, I as a female would not need to speak to anyone other than in the home....you see why I learned so little in the short time I was there?

How do I say, "I miss you so much, and really wish we could have a long talk with each other." This is something I would be saying to a female (didn't know if gender changes how you say it?)
