"its not urs mama house" Can someone tell me what this means? Clearly it is an idiomatic phrase, written by a native Pashtun speaker, but what would it mean in American English?

It means, don't take things for granted.

As in this is not your own house, don't take things for granted.
O'faithful hearken thy vezir, for he promises them another Gandamak and for the ancestors of Hari Nalwa a similar fate has been sealed. We shall shake the foundations of their inner sanctums, written in gold and immortal will remain this endeavor of Afghans.

Thank you for the explanation. The Pashtun that is spoken in Afghanistan, how different is it from that which is spoken in Pakhtunkhwa?

        AkbarKhan has beautifully explained it.
We say in Pashto, " Daa sa sta da plaar kor na de"
means ' you are not at liberty to have any thing you want'.

It should be "It's not your mama's house," not "It's not yours mama house."

What others have said in explanation is the same as what I'd say.

The Pashto of the northern Balochistan belt, Lakki Marwat and Bannu is closer to that of Kandahar than to Peshawar's and the Pashto spoken in Peshawar is the same as the dialect spoken in Jalalabad.

The Pashtuns of Afghanistan have, unlike the urban Pashtuns of Pakistan, been able to maintain their Pashto vocabulary despite the position of Dari as the lingua franca there. The urban Pashtuns of Pakistan speak Pashto with a heavy dose of Urdu vocabulary.
