There is a proverb :
Che da shpeto shi no da wishto shi .
The literal meaning is obvious.
Can anyone shed light on the deeper meaning or the background?
The way I see it , it means that an old person is too much of a burden hence might as well get rid of him/her.Of course , it is wrong on many levels whether religious,moral,ethical , but we won't begin on that.
