It seems to be a facebook or some sort of comment

Basically he is asking Afghan ambassador in Pakistan to return the Afghans stranded on the Pakistani side of the border by plane and not worry aboug the cost. Hr also says that the border closure will hurt Pakistani businessmen as their exports will go down and they will force their government to open the border again. Also says that the ambassador needs to shos thaf this is not the government of the past but Ghani's government.
