په جرګه کې or په جرګې کې؟ (I mean singular form)

د جرګې and not د جرکه why?

Usually I hear/read the form په جرګه کې but I do not know if it is an exception? Or maybe it is so called usus which makes that this form is commonly used, contrary to what is in the grammar?

Jarga is singular and "jargay" is plural.

It is not what I mean Friend. I will give you an example:
there are two nous, both are feminine nouns in singular form with the stress on the last syllable:
      کوټه and جرګه
So you say/write: په کوټې کې and په جرګه کې
Why don't you say په جرګې کې ? According to grammar it should be په جرګې کې .

Yasmeena you can't say "pa kottay ke" the correct one is "pa kotta ke"
Someone might have said or written wrongly.

The plural of "jarga" is "jargey" but when you use it in sentences its formation varies like.
If i want to make your said sentence plural it will be " pa jargo ke" or "pa kotto ke"
Though the plural of "jarga" is jargay and the plural of kotta is kottay but it changes in sentence's mood.

Both forms are correct whether you say "pa jargey ke" or "pa jarga ke"....

It has something to do with dialect. People from Southern Afghanistan i.e. Kandaharis, Helmandis and Zabulis) do say "pa kottay ki" or "pa jirgay ki", however, in more formal Pashto you can say or write the other way.

Example: Da faisala ya pa jirgay ki da tolo makht ta wakrra

People from the outskirts of these provinces, as we call them Sarayan, tend to say "pa kotta ki" or "pa jirga ki"
"Da bado sakha sha zezhi, da sho sakha washa zezhi"
