What is the easiest way to learn a language written with a non-latin alphabet ?

For example Tifinagh, Pashto, Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Russian ?

What is the quickest and most effective way to learn ?

I'm pretty sure learning Spanish is very different from learning Chinese because of the alphabet.

Chinese (ideograms) has to be harder than Arabic (cursive script) which has to be harder than Hebrew (non-cursive script).

There must be a different methodology for each one of those.
