Maybe for the first part you could say zma da khpal yada (from my own memory). Or you could use a suitable synonym for the idiom "off the top of my head"-- zma la shoara ya la hosha ya zma la ghareeza na.

Translation: Fiqat zma da khpal shoara, Gulroz, Mirwais, etc. Kho nor makhsosan Pashto namona zma fiqr ta ghareezaye na razy.

You could also just say "other Pashto names don't readily come to my mind." That can be said this way: Nor Pashto namona dase dasty zma fiqr ta na razy.
