Well, the literal meaning to the lyrics would be a man blabbering about some pine tree that is grinning at him slyly while wearing a woman's hairpiece on its head.

IIn Armenian Chinar is a poplar tree!
Interesting, same word but meaning differs.

Chinar is called a Plane Tree in english. From my experience poplar tree was called 'papler' by timber merchant families my prents knew in Laghman.
In fact the town of parachinar is named after chinar trees - and these trees are called Plane Maple trees.
