  • Typically Pashto word roots

I have a question! Il the word Khel, I often meet in descriptions of Pashtun tribes a real Pashto word?
I discovered an interesting fact today.

In the Lezgi language Khel means tribe too.

For further use You can use this theme to discuss any wordroots.

Have you ever heard about the new theory that caucasian languages are not related. The similarities come from that the speakers live in the same environment and had the same conqueror.

I havn'T, but it is quiet possible, also the languages are very different and incomprensible.
When You talk in Avar You cannot understand Lezgi....
Also the cultural background is quiet different.
However at least the recent conquerors if even have left some words in the languages, you can still understand that not these languages made them similar.

Unlike Farsi, Arabic, Urdu, Pashto can never be properly learned on the internet or directly as there are many dialects and anyone can tell if someone has an accent or a false dialect.

In short, there is no such thing as standard pashto as there is standard Arabic.

That is the great thing about pashto.

If someone does not know it naturally, it can never be made natural...

Imran Khan is a Niazi. Are you related?

It is great that Pashto can not be perfected by your American/Paki/Awghan friends who indulge in Pashtun bloodshed.

no languages can be properly learned on the internet. pashto is not some special language in this regard. also, most languages have accents and dialects. kabuli dari is different from herati dari, it only gets worse when it comes to irani farsi and tajik farsi.

and who told you there is a standard arabic? arabic differs by nation.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

actually there is a standart arabic which is taught in schools in every arab country, this standart arabic is however used in media, administrative and political authorities. standart arabic knows no dialect variation, there are fixed grammar rules and a specific lexicon. while in pashto syllables of a particular word can be invert and vary in spoken, even in written form (zhagh/ghazh or pa .. kshe/po...ki), in standart arabic they can not. however this is the language and grammar which is used in the Qur'an and is still spoken in countries like Saudi Arabia or Yemen.
