    Mangals say yey to Yes.
    Both Musakhel and Janikhel Mangals.

No need to correct me in this:
I am a Mangal and Mangals and Zazais know each other. ^^

As far as I know my own family (Mangal/Zadran mix from Dads side), my relatives (both Musakhel and Janikhel Mangals) from Paktia and Khurram across the imaginary border Mangals say "ye".

        So you are Mangal, too?
        Nice.

        Musakhel ye ya Janikhel?
Ze Musakhel yem aw pe Musakhel ke Miralkhel yem.

You are correct Mostafa. Mangals say "yey yey" and we zazi say "au" but the mangals and zazi in khost usually adapt the khost dialect so I think that is why khostia thinks that mangals dont say it.

              kharoti also say "yey yey"

I have never heard Khosti dialect in my life.
Is it much different than ours, Khushala?

I understand Zazai and Zadranan perfectly well.

My problem is with the Mashreqi, Kandahari and Peshawri dialects.
The deep Kandahari dialect is just out of reach for me because I hardly have talked to any in real life.

We just use "yey" instead of "wo" or "au" which means "Yes".

My Zazai friends make fun of me whenever I say "yey" and call Mangal dialect "Compton Pashto" with the reference to "Yeah Yeah" talking in Rap Music.
lol @ Compton Pashto. Reminds me of lughat which is more or less a rap battle.

Mangals of Kurram say "yeh", like Bannuchis and Khostwals.

Wazirs, Maseeds and Zadrans say "eh", with out the y sound.

I like the Taniwal accent a lot.

                              Khost Pashto is like this:

Kandahari Urban Pashto is hard to understand, but our overall dialect is similar.
