  • Army ranks in Pashto

I hear these words so much everyday while my Father tells us his stories. He made his way to the top. Every Afghan has so much to tell, blockbuster movies they would make ... really. From the green villages to destruction of war, to them going and fighting, leaving family behind with lion-like hearts. Spending nights and days behind enemy lines, under enemy orders, in jails, the torture, the escape, the death sentences, too much to tell.

Thanks for sharing HinduPashtun, almost forgot.

though it is sad how common war is n our region, the only good thing out of it is that we Pushtuns including our Saadat are now by default war veterans. :thefinger:

You have no idea how many generals and men that served in the military live here. Though sadly they have passed away one by one. When my grandfather died, his fatiyyah was filled, literally filled. People who we didnt even know came from far away cities and states. We had no more room in the masjid. When people came to our house, we had no seats, no room, no food left. It showed how much people resepct the men that served us. My mom tells me so much about back home and the military life and stuff, its good to hear all of it.
