meaning of چته

There is a Pashto proverb: لوټه له بوړي سپي نه چته کېږي
What is the meaning of the word چته ? I checked few dictionaries and I didn't find any meaning which would fit to the rest (floor, ceiling, wasps' nest). I also found the verb چتېدل or چیتېدل which means get crushed, crumpled, flattened down...

Yasmeen khor, I got the last part but the first part I am having difficulty understanding.

The last part is = Spay (dog) Na (no/not) Cheta (cheetah) Kege (happen/become).

I hope I am not wrong.

What is the first part saying?

لوټه/ملال mystery
بوړي سپى/ د تګى سپى - untrustworthy dog
چته کېدل/ پور ته کول- lift up.
it looses something in the translation but "the mystery of the untrustworthy dog becomes lifted/ dispersed.
kindof like "nature will out" I think. I deffinately could be wrong here but thats how it was explained to me.
