Thank you for your feedback. I am curious about this word 'jinsy teray'...is this the same jinsay like in urdu 'jinsi' is used for sexual (and jins is used for gender')..

talak and zina (zana is its pashto varient) are arabic words...i am in search of pure pashto words, if there are any..

There is no pure pashto words for At Talaq, because divorce how it is , is from Islam.
And jinsy teray is an adopted word it is from the persians who use this word and those afghans who speak dari.

As explained by Afghanistan2010; Talaq is an Arabic term and the common word used for divorcing a woman usually is: ایله یې کړل یا ایله کول.
Jinsi terai is a compound word that is half Dari and half Pashto. 'Jinsi' means physical in Dari and 'Terai' means violation in literal Pashto. Put together it will be "physical violation", a synonym offered to rape and physical assault.

I think Talaq for divorce is the common and right word used in Pashto. We do inherit words from other languages and there is no shame in using them. Just like the word "Jensi" or "Jens" also sound like an Arabic word but we do use them. We inherit them, localize them and use them. That's how all languages function.

ايله يی کړه could be used for anything. In Paktia we might say pre-ye-khwa. but I can eela anything, I can eela my wife or I can eela my seat for an elderly person on the bus, or I can eela a kite in the air when i'm holding it for someone.

Jinsi terai as previously said is the common word used.

Aswell as among the arabs and non arabs there was not the word (Talaq) not known for divorce,as for the divorce according to Tafsir of Surah Mujadilah (58) they use to say to their wives, your back is like that of my mother.

And we too maybe have used such words, but divorce even after islam is not common it is something that is related with beghairaty.

If its ratio is minimum it doesnt mean giving talaq is tied with beghairati....it has nothing to do with ghairat or beghairati....pashtun family structure is strong and in most cases combined family system, before husband-wife relations gets aggravated to such extent, others members of family intervene....
In some cases a husband marries 2nd wife, but he would'nt give talaq to his first wife. While punjabi women verbally fights with their husbands, this is not the case with our women, they are subdued. Domestic violence is negligible and raising hand on wife is not considered as "sarritob"...all these factors leads to stable marital relationships, more formal, non-romantic but without happening of divorce.
