England is a puppet of the USA. Pakistan is a puppet and etc.

But remember that Pakistan is not simply a puppet state, it is also a very irresponsible and rogue state having nuclear weaposns which it could use against its own people or against its neighbours. Also recall the historic genocide of Bengali people by the Pakistani/Punjabi army.
