  • What does 'kakkai' mean?

Was reading one of Hamza's poems.

Zulfay ka khwaray che da tobay pa zrha tyaara kaa,
Shokhi de kakkai krha, che me dwarha kakkai zrha kaa

It actually means the iris/or an old lady.

kakaa is used in helmand for fathers brother or even father, so many call their father kakaa

Kakaa in my swat is used for an elderly person but the most used word for elderly persons is "mama".

mama's wife is mumaani so kaka's wife is probably kaaki but when used in those sentences above, it still doesn't make any sense.
