I was not born here.My parents are not here. I traveled from Pakistan.My birth certificate says Gulalai lewanaie John Khan was born in Jamrud Dispensary. I don't have the New York accent. The Desi remix of English. The Empire State is where Shlombay Khan was born...yup I have been up there to count crows in New York.
My immigrant days are yet to be gone. Tsk Tsk

I was actually born here. My parents are immigrants though. Im not. I did not travel from Pakistan or something. My birth certificate says Shlombay Khan was born in NYC. I have the New Yorker accent. Not the Desi remix of English. The Empire State is where I was born.

The immigrant days are gone for many Afghans here, most of the Afghans here are now 2nd to 3rd generation, Tsk Tsk.

Yup!! I am a naive immigrant in the land of opportunites to take all the opportunites from the first, 2nd, 3rd,4th generation immigrants and thier empire state-born citizens with New Yorker Accent!
My life in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa was Royal and would be when I return...My aim is to steal all the knowledge where ever it is...

Do Australians ever demand for a flag change?

The Flag? you mean us becoming a republic?

The Queen offered us that but Aussies rejected it a few years back, we love the queen too much. But if it were ever to happen and i am able to vote for a flag, i would vote for the aboriginal flag.

Back in January they had talks about this as well, but many opposed it as most think the British flag on the corner of the flag is part of the Australian history.

Yep, they think it's part of their history. Me Personally, i think, they should replace the British Flag with the Aboriginal Flag.

If refugees can by giving rise to 1st, 2nd...infinite number of generations, I can do much more with my non-citizen status. But I don't want to be under false presumption by claiming the possession of everything by being a immigrant-born-citizen of a country.

I don't think you can produce USA citizens with a student-visa. So that option is unfortunately off the tables for students from other countries who study in our prestigious universities.

But good luck, I am happy that you are loyal to your home-land. Keep it up.
