As far as I have read the Armenian diaspora is one of the largest in the world (alongside the Lebanese diaspora) and are more if not equivalent to the number of Armenians living within Armenia. So it is no surprise if we hear of Armenians in former Soviet republics, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, etc.

She was from Armenia. She was an international student, but she was able to speak, read and write fluent Farsi. I was quite impressed.Originally posted by Iqra View Post^ was she Persian / Armenian?
A lot of Armenians lived /went to other countries ...like Iran..and therefore they picked up FArsi ..
excuse my lack of ...being able to type coherent remarks ..but yeah that's just how it must be sometimes.
