some medical schools offer a 6 year course whereby you gain an additional bedmed sci degree as well as MBBS/MbChB

3-4 Nursery (optional)
4-11 Primary School
11-16 Secondary School ( Take GCSE at end)
16- 18 ( usually 2 years) Take A-Levels or resit GCSE
18 + University
If you go 2 medical school at say age 18 and pass all exams 1st time round then you graduate at age 23 and are a Dr

Education is compulsary only till the age of 16 though i think they are extending it 2 18...

Our system is a lot different from yours... its Primary, secondary and then college and University, Our exams are different and the way we progress is different...
