Pashto has a very great and heavily rich literature.but unfortunatly proses in todays modern pashto literature is turned a blind eye.pashto authors are abundantly consentrated on short stories,poems,Drama,s and so on..,but as there is a huge cultural and Literal revolution we should promote and generalize every aspect of Pashto literature including proses.it doesnt mean that proses are forgotton throughout.but as poems,short stories,dramas,and others are generalized and promoted,proses are not served that match.
but lets recognize the author who have served the best for proses in pashto and dari literature.
every one may recognize that figure which is called the king of pashto proses.
yes,that is the late Gul Bacha Ulfat.
Prof.Gul Bach ulfat the owner of open heart,clear sight and conscience in pashto literature is the poineer and leading authore who have reached the limits of professorship in both lyrics and proses.he along is whole life wrote everything,wrote it frankly,wrote it lovely,wrote it by the rays of love,wrote it in critizism.and did not let any problem or affectaion,mist or haze fog the veil of authorship.this is why pashtoon modern writers call him,his era's"Khoshal Khan"
