    Salamoona and Ramadan Mobarak

    I have a favor to ask anyone that lives near Peshawar. If anyone lives near or has contacts with the Pashto Academy I would like to see if they possess any old manuscripts dated prior to the last century of Ahmad Shah Baba’s Diwan. The translations and copies we have today all go back to Dr Habibi. I was told the academy had dated manuscripts. If a manuscript exists, can we get a pdf or picture of the actual old manuscript page of “Love of a Nation?” This is in reference to the Poem that has the line “I forget the Delhi throne ...”

      Sorry for the late response but what do you mean by "dated to the last century of Ahmad Shah Baba's Diwan." Like do you need a manuscript from the 18th century?

        Yea. Or even a duplicate of a manuscript. I do not need the original obviously but pictures of the pages. As I understand it, Pashto Academy In Peshawar may be in possession of one.

          it may not be there, i don't remember how do i know it,i think i was a reading thesis of Phd graduate done from the same institution, where the author mentioned something like that. i can't recall fully, it's cloudy.
