Love yourself....absolutely yes....

dont expect anything from people...true.....but unconsciously we do expect things from people (not materialistic) but freindly gesture, love and care.....and then just end up getting hurt......

good to be available to our friends, family and others...but to a limit...beyond which we are then taken for granted.....
