Born along a river of Mesopotamia.
Her parent's names were Hassan and Jamila.
She was only five years old.
When the angel of death told her behold.
Look at your bloodstained hands.
This is the price to pay, do you understand ?
The scarlet red forever printed in her mind.
Will not disappear even if she goes blind.
No more blue sky.
No more green trees.
The blue of the ocean.
The bluest of the seas.
Only appear in red now.
She is not colorblind.
She is not out of her mind.
War for peace they said.
A bloody lie to invade.
A lie in rufescent pigments.
The blood of her parents.
Her parent's names were Hassan and Jamila.
She was only five years old.
When the angel of death told her behold.
