I do it very similar to this recipe. The ingredients are exactly the same. I don't, however, cook the eggs separate. They go in with the mince. I love the squishing part =D. And what we fry it in differs too. Sometimes ghee, sometimes oil - either vegtable or oil. Hardly ever wazda. A family with heart patients and cholestrol levels in the sky, a big no to that.
Chapli Kabab is one of my faves, I enjoy it a LOT. Thanks for sharing Nazia
I never put eggs in my kebabs.....do they make the kebabs taste better?
The way this recipe has described it, it would be a no no for me. I prefer to add it inside the raw mince while mixing the other ingredients. It just helps hold the mince mixture together while you are making it. Some like to add flour, but too much of it ruins the taste afterwards. The egg, however, doesn't add to the taste, as in, it doesn't smell eggy or anything. In fact, the kebab becomes softer ... if I am making any sense.
