That picture looks like the Persian Baklava I make. I use 1 pound ground Pistachios, 1 pound ground almonds, 2 cups of sugar (typical for the U.S.) sugar and 2 tablespoons of cardamom. I mix all that together, separate the filo leaves with either, butter, ghee or oil. then I cut it, then I bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 170 Celsius and while it is baking I make a syrup from 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup of water, and after the sugar dissolves and boils I add 1/2 cups of Rose water and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. When the Baklava comes out of the oven, I pour the rose syrup over it.

                Sweets:

Here is the recipe I used and it turned out great! i made it for Eid.

1......3 cups of regular flour (All purpose white flour)
                2......250g butter room temperature
                3......3M eggs room temperature
4......1 tea spoon (flat) baking powder
                5......1 tea spoon (flat) salt

                How to make:
Mix all the ingredients together to make a dough. Preheat the over 350 Degrees.
Shape it like cookie sprinkle some of the soy beans on top
