cooking thread participation

Asalam o alaikum,

I and spogmai (one of the sweetest member here) have thought of creating a thread mainly for recipes. It will be updated time to time step by step instruction of how to prepare. We both want to know who else is willing to participate in this...

as Feroza Banu mentioned above we want to know members who would be intereted inhelping us to make our Food section an organized one and also will share with u stheir recipes....

Feroza Banu....in order to organize the Food section....i think we should start threads under this section for specific Food (based on main ingredients) like one thread only for chicken recipes, one for mutton, fish, dessert, sweets, snack, starters, soups, vegetarian, cake, biscuits, pies, pasta, rice specialities, etc....and special cuisines....

and i rely completely on You Feroza Banu tolearn Afghan cooking.....

also we will follow a particluar format for posting the recipes.....like a font size, type, justification, ans so on...(which we will decide later when we begin)....and also standard measurements or their equivalents so every body can benefit from it...

Lets wait for a few days to see who all are interested.....

Opinions and suggestions are welcome from every member......

Sher Khan....we will definitely keep u and others in mind while making a thread for simple recipes (what about bachelor's cooking)....

Amna....we all are going to learn from each other.....since we are all in different parts of the world...we can really share specialties of these places.....
