compare this with Pashtun food and that from Tajiks and Hazaras. Look how mild our food is.

and how many Paki Pashtuns are adopting the Punjabi or Mohajir style of cooking into their cuisine? How much less spice do we use?
Depends where in Pakistan. I find the food in Peshawar much milder than the rest of Pakistan but less bland than afghan food. It also depends on what you are used to eating on a daily basis

Karachi (Muhajir) food is spiciest, since they are originally from India. Also some muhajirs that came from south india, places like Tamil Nadu Or Kerala, their food is spiciest overall. The more south you go in India, Food gets spicier

Very few restaurants sell authentic Indian or Pakistani food. They mellow it down for their western costumes and most of those dishes are not the same when you take away the spices from it. The entire point of having Indian or Pakistani food is to enjoy the level of chilli and pepper in the dish. And if you don't have the tolerance for it, no one is holding you at gun point. No need to talk about food and rectums in the same conversation.
I have a Kashmiri Pakistani friend whose mother is an excellent cook. You can't say no to that woman. She will grab you by the cheeks and feed you with her own hands if she has to.

Don't work the lucky man too hard....just make sure he puts olives and some sauce on the salads you order him to make for you.

Some types of food are not suitable for the rectally sensitive.

Actually compared to South Indian food, Pakistani food is not spicy, Try Chettinad Tamil Cuisine, probably the most spiciest cuisine in the world

Most desis dont get their stomach upset after eating really spicy food, not sure why other people do. It must be in our genes to eat spicy. We find it funny when other people can't handle the spice
