Kashmiri Chai is legitimately the only Kashmiri thing I have ever consumed (that I am aware of) and it is awesome.. and I don't even like tea.

Kashmiri cuisine is really good and it's actually quite popular in Punjab because of the large Kashmiri community in Punjab.
