Molamaq

I saw something on my newsfeed , posted by an afghan acquaintance. She called it molamaq ...it's looks somewhat like a thick pudding and is made from milk sugar and flour. She wouldn't say how to make it ...
Does anyone know how to make it ?

I remember her from earlier days of the forum, helping give
cooking advice.

I have heard the name of the food but don't have any idea what it is!
